Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and euros, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any delivery charges. The total price you agree to when placing an order is the amount that will be debited from your account once your order has been dispatched. The amount will not be debited until we have processed and dispatched your order.
Right to cancel (Right of withdrawal)
You have a 14-day free return and exchange policy when you shop with us. You have the right to cancel a purchase within the first 14 days of receiving the delivery, provided that the product is undamaged, has not been washed and can be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving the item, please return it to us before the 14-day period expires. You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the item.

Complaints or defects
In the event of a defective product or an inconsistency – for example, if the product has been damaged during transit to you – we sincerely apologise and ask you to contact us immediately. It is important that you can clearly describe the problem/defect. If your complaint is accepted by our customer service team, we will refund the full purchase price and all delivery costs.
