Payment
Safe and Shine accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online and Anyday.

Payment will only be debited from your account once the physical item has been dispatched or the digital product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Anyday, the first payment will only be debited from your card once the item has been dispatched. You will then pay your monthly instalment on the last working day of the following month, and for the next three months. No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase provided you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal
A full 14-day right of return applies to goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.

Notification of your wish to cancel must be sent to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of cancellation.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@safeandshine.com. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical shop. The packaging must also be returned and must be intact and undamaged.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase price back. It is up to Safe and Shine to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint applies to products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to Safe and Shine within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable delivery costs.

The right to complain lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Safe and Shine will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
